Grade II listed building. 'Staffs Potteries Water Board' - Minton tiles at entrance doorway. Mid-nineteenth century brick with stuccoed dressing. Public house then Heaths Wine Bar. Owned by the present owner's father who served cocktails and installed the first Space Invaders machine in the bar. All the big stars playing at the Regency and Victoria theatres such as Paul McCartney, drank at the club, then a hot-spot for night-life in Hanley.
