C19th brick with terracotta tile decor. Formerly used by Alcocks (Burslem) clothing and supply Company. Ground floor in use by insurance business. Two upper floors derelict. First floor hall with stained glass window lights and tiled walls. Once used as meeting rooms for the Liberal Club.
